Happy New Year!

With this wonderful New Year comes my first Newsletter. 2007 proved to be a fun, challenging year that brought many blessings, lessons and gifts. I am grateful for them all!

As many of you know, 2007 translates into a nine (9) for numerology purposes. Nine (9) is about completion, finishing projects, letting go of things, relationships etc. that no longer serve you. Cleaning out the clutter in your home, body, mind and heart is also part of letting go.

Once these things have been done then you are ready to greet 2008 with open arms. 2008 translates into a one (1) which is new beginnings, new opportunities, and new relationships. It also is about you being number one.

Take care of yourself — listen to your body, your heart and soul for guidance on what is best for you. As we all move into this amazing year of newness let’s dance the dance of love and compassion for ourselves as well as for others. I look forward to dancing with each and every one of you!
